How to Initiate Trym's Harvest Lab Report Integration with Confident Cannabis – Trym

This article will show you how to set up our Confident Cannabis integration to populate lab reports on harvests in Trym Explore.

Prerequisites:

Must have a Confident Cannabis account
Must have Active Harvests in Trym Explore
Must have "Completed" Lab Reports in Confident Cannabis

Directions:

1) To enable API access, please log into Confident Cannabis

2) Go to Settings > Organization > Integrations

3) Click Generate API Credentials in the Trym Integrator Box

4) Capture your API Key as well as your API Secret

5) Now log into your Trym Explore account and select the Admin Tab > Integrations

6) Select the Add Integration button and choose Confident Cannabis, then select Next

7) Enter your API Key and Secret Key in the required sections and choose Close

Congratulations on your new integration! Now that your setup is complete you will see a visualization of your lab reports per harvest. You can view this data by going to your harvest tab, selecting the harvest you would like to view, and choosing test reports. This is a great way to visualize lab data from your COA's and cross reference it with past environmental data to optimize your crop steering program.

Notice:

TRYM only syncs in COMPLETED test results from Confident Cannabis' API every 30 minutes. If you have lab results in any other phases (PLACED, IN PROGRESS, or CANCELED) those will not sync into TRYM until they are listed as COMPLETED.

TRYM also only syncs in samples that have a BATCH, HARVEST, or PACKAGE METRC IDs associated with them inside Confident Cannabis. If samples don’t have METRC IDs on them, then samples have to be added to TRYM using the “Add Lab Report” feature on the Test Samples page in TRYM.
