Role in Trym must be Manager Plus, or any type of Admin.
Must be complaint in your state to harvest by batch instead of by individual plant.

How to Harvest Flowering Plants by Batch - Alaska
Instructions
Only plants of the same cultivar can be harvested together. If you have multiple cultivar to harvest, you will need to create at least one harvest per cultivar.
Login to explore.trym.io —> Navigate to Batches —> Select the relevant facility if you manage more than one facility in Trym —> Navigate to the Flowering Phase
Locate the batches you are harvesting today, if a location has more than 10 batches, click the Show More button at the bottom of the location to see all the batches in that location.
Select the checkbox to the left of the batch(es) you are harvesting —> Select the harvest option at the bottom of the screen. If you don't see the harvest option, you have selected batches of different cultivars and need select batches that are uniform in cultivar.
Enter the required information in each field:
Harvest Name
Must be unique. If the name is the same as another harvest, the next available letter of the alphabet will be appended
Harvest Destination
The drying room or storage location for the harvested plant
Harvest Date
The date of the harvest (can be backdated)
Batch Weight
The total weight of each batch
Press the Create Harvest Button. That's it, you're done creating your harvest.
