How to Package Existing Clones
This feature is available in all METRC states.
This feature will allow you to package clones that currently exist as a batch, reducing the number of clones in the source batch by however many clones you are packaging. You cannot package more clones than exist in the chosen source batch.
Instructions
Log into Trym Explore
Using the left hand menu, navigate to the Batches module
In the Immature phase (Or Vegetative in California only), click on the checkbox to the left of the batch you wish to package
Click on the Create Package button in the menu bar at the bottom of the screen
Complete the fields in the new window
Package ID (Metrc) — The METRC UID being assigned to the new package. Trym suggests the next available tag.
Package Date — The date the package was created
Item — The item you are packaging, you may need to create a new one
Clone Quantity — The number of clones in the package
How to Create a Package of Clones from a Mother Plant
This feature is only available in some METRC states that allow users to package clones from a mother plant. As of July 2024, those states are Alaska, California, Mississippi, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
This feature will create a package of new clones from a batch of plants in the immature phase (or Vegetative in California). It does not reduce the number of plants in the source batch, it creates new plants. You can create a maximum of 2000 clones in a package.
