Prerequisites

• Must be a Trym Administrator to add new team members

• Must have a Cultivar added for the item you need to create

Note

METRC integrated accounts will have their items imported from METRC on an ongoing and frequent basis.

Instructions

1. Log into Trym Explore

2. Using the left hand menu, navigate to the Admin module

3. Click on the Configuration Tab

4. Click the + button in the top right of the Items pane

5. Fill in the fields and save your Item

6. If editing, click on the ellipse menu on the right-hand side of the item and select Edit, make the edits before saving your changes.

Cultivar — Select an existing cultivar for the item

Category — Select a product category

Item Name — The item name is auto-populated as a combination of the Cultivar and Category and can be edit in part or in whole

Facility — Choose which facility, or facilities, the item will be active on

Unit of Measure — The unit of measure for the item, such as grams.
