Prerequisites

• Must be a Trym Administrator to add new team members

Note

METRC integrated accounts will have their Cultivars imported from METRC on an ongoing and frequent basis.

Instructions

1. Log into Trym Explore

2. Using the left hand menu, navigate to the Admin module

3. Click on the Configuration Tab

4. Click the + button in the top right of the Cultivar table

5. If editing, click on the ellipse menu on the right-hand side of the cultivar and select Edit

6. Fill in or edits the fields and save

• Cultivar Name — Name your cultivar / strain

• Estimated Wet Flower Weight (g/plant) — Manually or automatically generate an estimated wet weight of harvested plants of the selected cultivar

• Auto Calculate Wet Flower Weight? — Wet weight will be calculated when plants are harvested. Calculated value will take into account all plants of the selected cultivar that have been harvested.
  Estimated Dry Flower Weight (g/plant) — Manually or automatically generate an estimated dry flower weight, any packages of the "Flower" category
  Auto Calculate Dry Flower Weight? — Dry weight will be calculated using packages of the "Flower" category once the source harvests are finished

• Facility — The facility, or facilities, that this cultivar should be active on

• % Indica — A METRC requirement, this is optional for NON-METRC Integrated users

• % Sativa — A METRC requirement, this is optional for NON-METRC Integrated users
