In Trym Explore, you can find the Support icon on the bottom left-side of your screen to direct you to our Help Center.
Or you can navigate directly to https://support.trym.io/hc/en-us and click Submit a request in the top right of your screen.
You can then submit a request using the form shown below:

In Trym Explore, you can find the Support Chat via the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
TRYM MOBILE APP (Chat)
To contact Support in the Trym Mobile App, use the Menu that can be pulled down from the upper left-hand of the app home screen.
