View your tasks, or all tasks, change between weekly or monthly view, and switch between facilities

Before you Start

• Download the iOS or Android app to your phone

• Complete your sign-up if you were invited to join Trym

• Speak to your manager if you do not have access to Trym

Instructions

1. Open the Trym Grow App and log in

2. Tap the ☰ menu in the top left corner and tap Tasks

3. Use the Day, Month menus to navigate days, the My Tasks, All Tasks icons to find tasks assigned to different users, and if you manage multiple facilities use the Facilities selector in the top right corner to switch between them

4. Tap a task you'd like to view

5. The fields will vary depending on the type of task you are looking at, so make sure you review all the fields and their content to fully understand the task

Legend

• Overdue tasks have the due date displayed in the bottom right of the task card

• Started tasks have a clock face icon displayed in the bottom right of the task card

• Completed tasks have a checkmark displayed in the bottom right of the task card
