Trym Access to Metrc

The Trym Metrc Integration will require you to set up a Metrc profile for your license.

Select Your State:


Trym Access to Metrc - Alaska

Unlike other states that require a user to be created in Metrc, this state requires you provide the information listed below in an email sent to support@trym.io

  1. First and last name of the Owner/Admin or original user in Metrc

  2. E-mail address of that person

  3. That person's Metrc API key

  4. The facility's license number or numbers if it is a Multi Licensed Facility


Trym Access to Metrc - California

The Trym Metrc Integration will need access to the Metrc account that we are syncing with. This will allow Trym to pull updated Metrc information for Read-Only accounts and the ability to create Metrc events and read information for fully integrated Trym Accounts.

This requires creating a Metrc user in the appropriate Metrc license. This user will have employee access and the details for the account will be included in this article.

  1. Log into ca.metrc.com and select the relevant cultivation license from the top right corner

  2. Under the Admin tab, select 'Add Employee'

  3. Enter employee information as Trym Admin with email address as metrc@trym.io and select employee

  4. Set the permissions as indicated (see attached image)

  5. Verify the correct cultivation license is selected

Once this user is setup within Metrc, we can test the integration and sync. If you run into any issues with the permissions or need assistance, please contact us at support@trym.io


Trym Access to Metrc - Colorado

The Trym Metrc Integration will need access to the Metrc account that we are syncing with. This will allow Trym to pull updated Metrc information for Read-Only accounts and the ability to create Metrc events and read information for fully integrated Trym Accounts.

This requires creating a Metrc user in the appropriate Metrc license. This user will have employee access and the details for the account will be included in this article.

  1. Log into co.metrc.com and select the relevant cultivation license from the top-right corner

  2. Under the Admin tab, select 'Add Employee'

  3. Enter Employee License Number as M142743 with email address as metrc@trym.io

  4. Set the permissions as indicated (see attached image)

  5. Verify the correct cultivation license or licenses are selected

Trym Access to Metrc - Maine

Trym Access to Metrc - Massachusetts

  4. The facility's license number or numbers if it is a Multi Licensed Facility


Trym Access to Metrc - Michigan

Trym Metrc Integration will require you to setup a Metrc employee for your license.

The Trym Metrc Integration will need access to the Metrc account that we are syncing with. This will allow Trym to pull updated Metrc information for Read-Only accounts and the ability to create Metrc events and read information for fully integrated Trym Accounts.

This requires creating a Metrc user in the appropriate Metrc license. This user will have employee access and the details for the account will be included in this article.

  1. Log into mi.metrc.com and select the relevant cultivation license from the top-right corner

  2. Under the Admin tab, select 'Add Employee'

  3. Enter employee information as Matt Mayberry with email address as metrc@trym.io

  4. Enter Last 4 SSN, Birthday, and Phone Number as is shown below (see image)

  5. Select Employment as "Manager at this Facility"

  6. Set the permissions as indicated (see attached image)

  7. Verify the correct cultivation license or licenses are selected

Trym Access to Metrc - Mississippi

Unlike other states that require a user to be created in Metrc, this state requires you provide the information listed below in an email sent to support@trym.io

  1. Provide first and last name of the Owner/Admin or First User with Metrc Access

  2. Provide e-mail address of that person

  3. Provide that person's Metrc API key

  4. Provide the facility's license number or numbers if it is a Multi Licensed Facility


Trym Access to Metrc - Montana

The Trym Metrc Integration will need access to the Metrc account that we are syncing with. This will allow Trym to pull updated Metrc information for Read-Only accounts and the ability to create Metrc events and read information for fully integrated Trym Accounts.

This requires creating a Metrc user in the appropriate Metrc license. This user will have employee access and the details for the account will be included in this article.

  1. Log into mt.metrc.com and select the relevant cultivation license from the top-right corner

  2. Under the Admin tab, select 'Add Employee'

  3. Enter Employee name as Benjamin Wong

  4. Include License Number 100674

  5. Enter the email address as metrc@trym.io

  6. Set the permissions as indicated (see attached image)

  7. Verify the correct cultivation license or licenses are selected

Trym Access to Metrc - Nevada

The Trym Metrc Integration will need access to the Metrc account that we are syncing with. This will allow Trym to pull updated Metrc information for Read-Only accounts and the ability to create Metrc events and read information for fully integrated Trym Accounts.

This requires creating a Metrc user in the appropriate Metrc license. This user will have employee access and the details for the account will be included in this article.

  1. Log into nv.metrc.com and select the relevant cultivation license from the top-right corner

  2. Under the Admin tab, select 'Add Employee'

  3. Enter Employee name as Benjamin Wong

  4. Enter License Number 2400000028

  5. Check the box that states "Enable online access to this facility"

  6. Enter the email address as Benjamin@trym.io

  7. Select Plants for "Home"

  8. Under Employment, check the box for "Contractor"

  9. Set the permissions as indicated (see attached image)

  10. Verify the correct cultivation license or licenses are selected


Trym Access to Metrc - Ohio

Unlike other states that require a user to be created in Metrc, this state requires you provide the information listed below in an email sent to support@trym.io

  1. First and last name of the Owner/Admin or original user in Metrc

  2. E-mail address of that person

  3. That person's Metrc API key

  4. The facility's license number or numbers if it is a Multi Licensed Facility


Trym Access to Metrc - Oklahoma

The Trym Metrc Integration will need access to the Metrc account that we are syncing with. This will give Trym the ability to create Metrc events and read information for fully-integrated Trym Accounts.

This requires creating a Metrc user in the appropriate Metrc license or licenses. This user will have employee access and the details for the account will be included in this article.

1: Select the cultivation license
2: Under the Admin tab, select 'Add Unlicensed Employees'
3: Enter employee information as Trym Admin with email address as metrc@trym.io
4: Set the permissions as indicated (see below image)
5: Verify the correct cultivation license is selected

Be sure you enter the exact Employee information and permissions:
First Name: Trym
Last Name: Admin
Birth Date: 0101

E-mail: metrc@trym.io
Phone Number: 510.517.2896

1: Select the cultivation license
2: Under the Admin tab, select 'Add Unlicensed Employees'
3: Enter employee information as Trym Admin with email address as metrc@trym.io and select Employment "None of the Above".
4: Set the permissions as indicated (see attached image)
5: Verify the correct cultivation license is selected

Be sure you enter the exact Employee information and permissions:
First Name: Trym
Last Name: Admin
Birth Date: 042080
Phone Number: 510.5172896
